This improves the overall texture and appearance of your skin. If you suffer from acne, RF Microneedling can also reduce scarring and oil production in your skin.
Exosomes (Platelets) - Adding exosomes (platelets) to your RF Microneedling treatment enhances the benefits significantly. Exosomes are rich in proteins and nucleic acids to help build elastin and collagen. Using exosomes vs prp lets us have a very clean product without any extra bits that we usually find in PRP serums. Additional benefits of exosome treatment are that exosomes are continuously active for 6 to 8 months post-treatment, and there is no need for your blood to be drawn.
Contraindications for Microneedling
Microneedling should not be used on patients who:
• Have active skin cancer in the treatment area(s)
• Have open wounds, sores, or irritated skin in the treatment area(s)
• Have an allergy to stainless steel or anesthetics
• Have a hemorrhagic (bleeding) disorder or hemostatic (bleeding) dysfunction
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Are currently taking drugs with the ingredient isotretinoin (such as Accutane)
You must wait 7 days post neuromodulator injections and 2 weeks post filler injections.
