With our 24 hour cancellation policy, missed appointments will incur a charge of 100% of the
service price to the credit card on file. Groups of 3 of more require a 48 hours notice to change or cancle appointments.

Gift Certificates cannot be used for cancellations

(if you need to cancel an appointment and we are closed, please leave us a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance).

• You must be 13 years of age to receive Facial Treatments at 16 years of age to receive Massage Services (With parental consent)

• Credit/Debit card transactions will incur a 4% transaction fee. If you would like to pay with Cash, no fee will be added.

• Industry gratuity recommendation is 20 - 25%

• We ask that clients please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their time of service so that you can begin to let go of the world outside before your service begins.

• A Credit or Debit card will be obtained at time of booking to secure the appointment. Gift Cards cannot be used to reserve appointments. 

• We accept all major credit cards, cash, flex spending & health savings cards, Spa Finder Cards, Spa Week & Wellness Cards, and Care Credit.

• We have male and female therapists on staff, if you have a gender preference, please let us know at time of booking.

• Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred to another date within 90 days of the original booking date.

• Arrivals more than 20 minutes late cannot be accommodated and 100% of the service will be charged. 

• It is best not to eat heavily or drink large amounts of alcohol directly before receiving spa services.

• A quiet space is maintained within the spa.  Please remember to silence your mobile phone as well as utilize a "spa voice".  This helps us maintain a relaxing, renewing environment within the spa.

• Appointments booked 30+ days in advance will require a 50% Deposit, however, ALL Group bookings of 3+ will require a 50% Deposit for any date booked. 

• Street parking is available in the areas immediately surrounding the spa. There is a parking garage across the street on Bull Stree and 2 garages one block away on Drayton Street as well as on Whitaker Street.

• Discounts do not apply to pre-discounted packages and specials.​​

• If you are booking with a large group, some of your services may be in the same room. If you would like to requests separate rooms please let us know when booking.

• Treat Gift Certificate as Cash, misplaced Gift Certificate cannot be retrieved
