If you are booking for a group or someone other than yourself, please enter their phone number or email into the “Include a Message” box on the “Review Appointment” page, to ensure they receive the Intake Forms & Confirmations.
With our 24 hour cancellation policy, missed appointments , same day reschedules & same day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the service price to the credit card on file. Gift Certificates cannot be used for cancellations.
If you need to cancel an appointment and you cannot reach us please leave a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance.
