• To book at the Midtown Location, click on “Midtown Location” when selecting your appointment type on the menu screen. (all other services will be at our Downtown Location)

• If you are booking for a group or someone other than yourself, please enter their phone number or email into the “Include a Message” box on the “Review Appointment” page, to ensure they receive the Intake Forms & Confirmations

• With our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy, 100% of the service price will be charged for missed or same day rescheduled appointments.
