  • Couples Services and Packages CANNOT be booked online. Call or email us

  • If you are booking Midtown or Blitz45 Locations click on that, otherwise your will be booked at our downtown location.

  • Click on “find an appointment” and follow the prompts.

  • DO NOT click “browse schedule”, when you click what service you want, WAIT, and it will bring up the next prompt below.

  • If you have a therapist request, select instructor at the “with whom” prompt.

  • Follow the rest of the prompts to continue booking your appointment

- For Midtown & Blitz45 Locations, the card on file will be charged along with 25% gratuity after your appointment, unless other arrangements are made.

- If booking for multiple people, each person will need their own account.
-With our 24 hour cancellation policy, missed appointments will incur a charge of 100% of the service price to the credit card on file.
