Important Spa Information

With our 24 hour cancellation policy, missed appointments will incur a charge of 100% of the
service price to the credit card on file. Gift Certificates cannot be used for cancellations (if you need to cancel an appointment and we are closed, please leave us a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance).

• We ask that clients please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to their time of service so that you can begin to let go of the world outside before your service begins.

• If you are late to your appointment we can only provide you with the time left in your scheduled service as we do have other clients scheduled directly after you.
• Deposits are refundable if given 72 hours notice of cancellation OR
  they are transferred to another date.​
• Arrivals more than 20 minutes late cannot be accommodated and 100% of the
  ​service will be charged. 
• It is best not to eat heavily or drink large amounts of alcohol directly before receiving spa services.
• A quiet space is maintained within the spa.  Please remember to silence your mobile phone as well as utilize a "spa voice".  This helps us maintain a relaxing, renewing environment within the spa. 
• If you are receiving a pedicure, remember to bring sandals. If you do not have any, or if you forget to bring them, we do offer flip-flops for purchase. 
• ​BUY 5 get one FREE Packages cannot be transferred to other clients, & cannot be purchased for groups.

• Appointments booked 30+ days in advance will require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit, however, ALL Group bookings of 3+ will require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit for any date booked. You are allowed to transfer your deposit to another date as long as it is within the  same year. 
• A 25% gratuity is included with all spa packages. 
• Street parking is available in the areas immediately surrounding the spa. There are parking garages just one block away on Drayton Street as well as on Whitaker Street.
• Discounts do not apply to pre-discounted packages and specials.​
